The new junction is now almost in place, with just the far side of the roundabout yet to be properly laid out and surfaced. In the foreground, with the old line of the A675 no longer in use as a storage area, a mechanical digger is on site levelling the ground.

It was specially designed never to be noticed. And now it's disappearing, nobody has noticed its absence. It's London's own bespoke street light.
