The new M6 interchange is beginning to take shape, with a second bridge now in situ. The one nearest the camera did not exist three months previously. Steelwork forming the first span of the new viaduct is also in place. The bridges across the M6 are notably wider than the motorway, and may have been designed to allow for future widening to four lanes in each direction.
