Your request generated the error code 403. Here are some roads with the same number.

The A403

Unlike the page you tried to access, you are free to use the A403, a road running west of Bristol from Avonmouth (at the end of the A4) to Aust, where it meets the M48. It's only eight miles long, but it's an important spine road through the vast industrial area north of Avonmouth, connecting heavy industry to Bristol and the motorway network.

The A403 as it exists today is the second incarnation of that number. It was originally allocated in the 1920s to a new road called Western Avenue, a major new route forming an approach to Central London from the west. In 1951 that road became part of the A40, a number by which it's much better known, and the number A403 was then vacant for a number of years before finding a new job on the banks of the Severn. The SABRE Wiki has a page all about the current A403 and another one about the original A403.

The B403

Unfortunately, you can't get to the B403, no matter how hard you try. That's not because you don't have the right to see it, but because it no longer exists. It used to be a short link from New Oxford Street to Endell Street in Central London, but it now forms part of a bigger one-way system and carries westbound traffic on the A40, so interestingly it was replaced by exactly the same road that ousted the original A403. Unlike the A403, this road did not move on to a new life in the provinces. You can read about the B403 on the SABRE Wiki.
